I keep hearing about the Kindle lately - you know when something seems to be on your radar? So I've been doing a little research and while I think it's pretty damn cool, I just don't think it's for me. I like holding a real book and I often read in the bathtub. Plus, I'm cheap. I typically get my books from the library or bookmooch. But then again, maybe it's like when the mp3 player first came out and I thought I'd never get used to not having actual cds.
So, if you have one, let me know what you think. Maybe I'll ask Santa for one.

I was all hopped up on those electronic readers a couple months ago but decided against for several reasons. Borders has their own and it's a piece of junk (read lots of reviews). Kindle seems much better but I'm a library girl too. And cheap.
Although I don't have one my BF does and lets just say it is on my Christmas list.
There are a ton of free downloads for the Kindle. It will even let you download a chapter for free so you decide if that reading is for you. The downloads are very reasonable...avg $2.99
One can read blogs as well on it. I am Huge book reader and at first thought that there is no way. Until I held it in my hands. You can choose your own font and size.A benefit for me being latina is I can even choose the language I want to read it in. I look forward to owning a Kindle !

my friend has one and LOVES it. She used to buy books all the time (don't know why she just didn't go to the library cuz she would pass those awful Nora Roberts books to me and I would immediately pass them to someone else) but she reads from it all the time and carries it in her purse.
